Double Room in a Battersea Houseshare

My girlfriend and I are moving in together, so I need somebody to take over my agreement for this spacious double room!

The agreement is until the 31st of July, but you’ll have the option to extend if you’d like to on a monthly rolling basis. The property is run by City Accommodations and they’ve been really good when it comes to fixing issues and helping us with problems. The girls intend to move out by this time, so new flatmates would be coming in if you chose to extend. :)

The room comes furnished, and you’ll be sharing the flat with 2 lovely girls who are both students. They are very clean and respectful, and generally great people to have as housemates. :)

I’m happy to leave pretty much all of the furniture which is shown in the photos, and the flat also has plenty of bowls/cutlery/random bits and bobs which come with it.
