Double Room Available Near Battersea Park

We have a double room available immediately in our 6 bed flat in Battersea!

🏡The Flat
The room comes with a double bed, a large wardrobe and a smaller chest of drawers. The window overlooks a lovely courtyard.

We don’t have a living room space but we have quite a large kitchen with a dining table. There are two toilets and three showers in the flat. The flatmates are a mix of Spanish and American at the moment. We’re all happy to have a chat when we see each other about the flat, but generally everyone tends to keep to themselves and lives a busy London life!

🌳The Area
We're located around a 15-20 minute walk from the Clapham Junction area, and are within a 10 minute walk of both Battersea Bridge and Battersea Park. The local area is lovely and very safe. There's a large ASDA, Lidl, and Boots near Clapham Junction, as well as several Tesco Express shops and a Co-op closer to the flat.

Price
The room is £600 per month with a £600 deposit. Bills can be variable each month and average around 50-100 a month depending on the season.

We’re ideally looking for a man for the downstairs room but we are open to anything! Please message me with any questions or send some information about yourself and your work if you’re interested.
