Double Room in nice flat with balcony in Battersea

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, built in cupboard and bedside table. You also have direct access to the balcony. The rest of the house is also fully furnished, including a large and cozy living room, and fully equipped kitchen.

The location is ideal: the Battersea Power Station and Northern Line tube are less than 10-minute walk away, as are multiple train stations; the lovely Battersea Park is nearby, and the area is very nice and quiet.

I love living here and I am only leaving the flat to move in with my partner. You will be sharing with my lovely flatmate, who is super clean, organized and friendly.

The flat is available to move in on the 19th of April, but I could arrange an earlier date if needed.
