You’ll be sharing with me, a tidy, respectful housemate who values a calm, friendly atmosphere and is looking for someone similar. Ideal for a professional or mature student who wants a convenient, well-connected base with good amenities nearby. Bills (council tax, utilities, broadband) can be discussed and split fairly, and the room is available from 24th April with a minimum 3 month stay.
