The flat itself is a well-kept 3-bedroom with a large, comfortable living room and TV, a small balcony with table and chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven and washing machine. Bathroom, kitchen and living room are shared.
Fibre broadband available via Wi-Fi or ethernet — great for working from home.

Street parking is available nearby.

About you

We're looking for a female student or working professional — someone clean, tidy and respectful of a quiet home.

Vegetarian diet preferred. You're welcome to cook fish and meat (except pork and shrimp).

The flat vibe

This is a calm, no-party flat where we each respect each other's space — but we're always happy to have a chat or share a meal. We take turns cleaning the flat weekly, which keeps things fair and easy for everyone.
