The flat is an 8 minute walk from Battersea Power Station tube (Northern Line), a 10 minute walk from Wandsworth Road overground (Windrush Line) and a 20-30 min walk from Clapham and Brixton.

The flat contains 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus an open plan kitchen/living area, and a balcony.

The room is a double room that comes fully furnished. There's space to work from home, however bills are not included in the price. Bills normally come to £60-80. Council Tax band C.

ABOUT US

I (Patryk) have had a very happy two years living in this flat and am looking for someone to take over my room. The room is a double room and gets plenty of sun in the mornings. The biggest perks of living here include the open plan living space, access to the river and Battersea park, close transport links and chill vibes.

You'll be living with my three lovely flatmates:

Nina⁩ is from the UK and is a Software Developer. Her interests include reading, meditation/mindfulness, sci-fi and horror films, nature, music, gigs and festivals, and exploring the different parks that London has to offer.

James is from Australia and the UK and is a bespoke tailor. He likes making clothes from scratch, going to the gym and cooking.

Brooklyn⁩ is from New Zealand and is working as a teacher. She enjoys going to the cinema, reviewing films on Letterboxd, running, concerts and musicals.

We're all social and have a wide friendship circle in London, so we often have people over for dinner/a glass of wine. We all love doing a variety of things together including museums, exhibitions, going to the theatre, walking and hiking, as well as festivals and holidays.

We'd really love someone who's interested in hanging out with us and our friends; however, we're also respectful of space and individual work and social lives.
