Hi, I'm Luis – I'm the one moving out.

The house has three other people living here:

· Valeria is the landlady, but she only comes to London once every 6 months, and usually stays just 1 night (2 at most).
· Lucina (Polish) and Damian (Polish, 30 years old, a nice guy) are the other two flatmates.

There's no living room, so social interaction is limited, but Lucina and Damian are always friendly and nice to talk to.

I've lived here for 8 years with my partner, and I'm moving to another property with the same landlord.
