We’re looking for 2 new tenants (ideally a working professional).

About House:
Our house is located on a quiet street within walking distance of Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and several bus stops. For those who enjoy outdoor activities, the River Thames is just a 3-minute walk away, and Clapham Junction is a 7-minute trip for easy access to the city centre.

A little about us:
Cemre, our teaching assistant in Behavioural Economics, is also an accomplished writer.
Csilla, who occupies the adjacent loft room, works as an embassy administrator.

We are clean, coffee-loving audiophiles who enjoy a healthy, eco-friendly lifestyle. We’re sociable and love a good chat—but we always respect personal space.

Additional Details:
- Both rooms are furnished
- The property falls into council tax band C level, and monthly bills are approximately £80–£100 per person (including electricity, gas, water, broadband and council tax).

Room 1 (Upper floor):
- Available by 14th June 2026
- Comes with a king-size bed and a chest of drawers (the previous tenant left the desk and chair; you're more than welcome to use them or replace them with yours).
- You will share the upper floor’s private bathroom with Csilla only.

Room 2 (Lower floor):
- Available by 1st June 2026 (TBC)
- Comes with a double-size bed, two chests of drawers and a dressing room (desk and chair are excluded)
- You will share the lower floor’s private bathroom with Cemre only.
