£950/Month Double Room in Battersea

A room in our house is available and we’re looking for a fourth housemate to join three lads just off Battersea Park Road. Viewings happening this week.
The Room:
Two massive wardrobes with serious storage, proper desk space for working from home, and loads of natural light. Double bed and mattress included, fully furnished. Shared bathroom with one other housemate — bath and shower.
The House:
Proper shared kitchen/living area where we actually hang out — football, rugby, films, whatever’s on. Nice garden, perfect for summer beers. Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer all there. Cleaner every two weeks so the place stays decent.
The Location:
Quiet street just off Battersea Park Road — peaceful but everything’s on the doorstep. Seven minutes to Clapham Junction, less than ten to Battersea Park. Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Greggs, coffee shops, pubs, and restaurants all nearby. Lime Bikes usually parked out front.
The Housemates:
Matt (28, sales), Liam (25, engineer), and Jake (24, tech). Into keeping fit, beers, rugby, football, cricket, running — that sort of thing. All mates but everyone’s got their own life and friends too.
What We’re Looking For:
Someone who wants to be part of the house rather than just somewhere to sleep. Up for watching a match or grabbing a beer now and then. No formal rules — just common-sense stuff. Overnight guests absolutely fine.
