Hello! I am moving out of my room into my own place and am looking for someone to replace me.
The flat is a split-level 3 bed, 2 bath + study in Battersea Square. The bedroom comes unfurnished however it has lots of built in storage and I can leave my desk! I currently pay £1100 inc bills, this can be discussed with current flatmates. I am moving out on the 4th May so it's available from that weekend to allow for a clean.
Your flatmates will be MJ (they/them) and Brenda (she/her). MJ is an actor from Colchester, and Brenda is a building administrator from Belgium! The flat is super homey and cozy, with a great sized living room.
References required as it is a tenancy takeover, as well as a £1000 security deposit. The council tax band is E,
