Description

I am having to move out of my tenancy earlier than expected and I am looking for someone to take over the tenancy until the end of September.

The room available is in a very pretty and cosy two-bedroom flat in Battersea and you would be sharing with a masters student. We keep the flat very tidy. The kitchen and bathroom are very modern and the kitchen comes with a dishwasher. All the furniture in the pictures come with the flat.

The flat has a lot of nice features and gets a lot of natural light during the day. There is a spacious, shared living room with space to work from home. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer with the flat.

The surrounding area is really nice with several cafes and pubs within a few minutes walk. There is a nearby Sainsbury's and Tesco. Queenstown Road station is about 5-10 minute walk, Battersea Power Station is a 15 minute walk and Clapham Common is about a 20 minute walk away.

The rent is £1,160 a month (not including bills). Please contact me for more details. The council tax is Band D and comes to £64 a month. The other shared bills come to about £76 a month.
