Double Bedroom in Spacious Clapham House

Hi! Our lovely housemate is moving out to get closer to the Lido, so we're looking for a new person to join our home.

Our house is massive by London standards. We have a generous living room and kitchen with all the usual stuff you'd expect (Netflix/Amazon Prime/appliances etc but be warned, no dishwasher). The room on offer has a double bed and plenty of storage space. You'd be sharing the bathroom with two housemates (one man, one woman).

The house is made up of 2 Brits (Wes, a teacher and Erin, a journalist) and 1 South African (Tim, a digital marketer), all in our early to mid-thirties. We're very welcoming and friendly, enjoy having a drink or hanging out when we can, but all have our own lives. Looking for anyone who is fun, respectable to housemates, clean and thinks they'd fit in well.

The house is in a great residential area tucked between Wandsworth and Clapham Common. We're round the corner from Northcote Road with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. Roughly 15 mins walk to Clapham Junction and 20 mins to Clapham South tube. The area is FANTASTIC (can not stress this enough).

Bills aren't included but come to around £150 a month dependent on gas/electricity etc. Deposit is £750 and is paid to the leaving housemate and there's a £50 name changeover fee. References are required and handled by Rampton Baseley the estate agent.

Move in from 7th June (Sunday) and partial rent is due on the same date.
