Bright Double Room in Modern Flat

A bright double room is available from July in a modern, well-maintained flatshare.

My current flatmate is moving back home after living here with me for the last two years, so I’m looking for someone friendly, respectful, and easy to live with to take over the room.

The flat has a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area with lots of natural light throughout. I’ve furnished and equipped the kitchen myself, so it’s ideal if you enjoy cooking and want a home that feels comfortable and looked after. The landlord has provided the bedroom furniture, including a bed and wardrobe/storage.

The room itself is bright and quiet, with space for a desk if you work from home occasionally.

The flat is kept clean and relaxed, and I’d love to find someone who’s considerate and happy to treat it like home rather than just somewhere to stay.
