About the flatmates
There are three working girls living here, aged 23- 27. Everyone is very easygoing, tidy, and respectful. They are also social and love to go for a drink or a night out together!

A girl in a similar age range (22-28) who is tidy and easygoing. Someone who could be a friendly, social addition to the flat would also be great:)
Minimum salary to pass referencing: £31,050.
If signing with a guarantor, minimum salary of guarantor: £37,260
