Double room going in Battersea flatshare!

Hi, we’re Maddie and Dee, and we have a spare room going in our lovely flat in Battersea! We’re hoping to find a fellow young professional to live with (women and LGBTQ-friendly). Our current house vibe is very much a little family dynamic, so we’re really keen to find someone who wants a home and not just a bed to sleep in - we like cooking joint house meals when everyone is around, as well as the occasional dinner out / pub trip / house party.

A bit about us
Maddie (26): I work in sports social media and am obsessed with all things F1! love trinkets, solo travel, and can make a mean at-home matcha.

Dee (30): I’m an actor/singer but currently work in operations and facilities. I love going to gigs, languages, reading and spend (almost) all of my time in the cinema (very proud of my Letterboxd top four).

Some details about the place
One double room with shared bathroom available to rent in a shared flat in Battersea. The room technically comes unfurnished however some of the current tenant’s furniture is available for sale if required. The flat has a fully functional and modern kitchen (with fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, etc), as well as a shared living area and a lovely little balcony plus access to a communal garden (great for picnics and barbecues).

Transport
Plenty of buses nearby, including a bus stop right across the road where the 170 will get you into Victoria in 15 mins. Alternatively it’s a 15-20 min walk to Clapham Junction which has great Overground / National Rail connections.

Prices
£913 pcm, not including bills.
All household bills plus council tax (band E) put together are usually around £100, but slightly more in winter when the heating's on more, though the flat is naturally very warm.

Availability
We would ideally be looking for someone to move in the weekend of the 13th/14th June (but there is potential for some flexibility)
