The house itself has a large open plan kitchen/dining/living room area and a patio garden which has plenty of space for bikes and is perfect for the summer. Very convenient location, next to lots of shops including a Tesco <5 mins away and lots of local bus stops.

<20 mins walk to the power station and Battersea underground
20 mins walk to Clapham junction station

Bills come to ~£100 per month.
