Ensuite — Battersea for KCL students

Hi all — heading home for the summer and looking to transfer my Urbanest Battersea contract to another KCL postgrad.

– 7th floor ensuite, view straight over Battersea Park
– Available now (room's empty already) or from 28 June — whichever works for you
– Through to 12 September
– £394/week, all bills included (electric, water, internet)
– Shared kitchen with only 3 others, flat's clean and the people are sound
– Gym on 14F + study room on 19F, same view
– 5 min walk to Battersea Power Station tube, 12 to Vauxhall

Goes through KCL Residences as a Contract Transfer, so the replacement has to be a current King's student at the same level of study (mine is MSc – postgrad).
