You'll be living with two friendly female professionals:
Jacinta - 28-year-old Kiwi girl who works in accounting.
Madison - 27-year-old British girl who work in blood science.
We both have hybrid working, so work-from-home some of the time. We are easy-going, respectful flat mates who like to keep the flat tidy. We love a chat, but also value our down time and respect personal space.

The flat is located in a convenient area with the following nearby:
- Clapham Junction station ~ 5 minute walk
- Asda / Lidl ~ <10 minute walk
- Battersea Park ~ 10 minute walk
- Northcote road ~ 10 minute walk

We're looking for a like-minded housemate who is tidy, reliable, and happy to contribute to a positive household atmosphere. To ensure the house remains a good fit for everyone, we're looking for someone who does not smoke and does not have pets.
