Bright Double with Ensuite near Battersea Park

I’m moving out of my lovely room and looking for someone to take over. It’s a spacious double with the bonus of its own private ensuite bathroom. The apartment is a modern new build with double-glazed windows. The living area is open-plan with a fully equipped kitchen and a bright lounge.

You’re literally moments from Battersea Park for weekend walks and the Power Station for shops, bars, and restaurants. If you fancy a change of scenery, Clapham Common is just a 10-minute bike ride away.

For commuting, you’ve got Battersea Park Station (National Rail) and the Northern Line at the Power Station. Since it’s the first stop on the line, you’ll usually beat the crowds and snag a seat in the morning.

You’ll be sharing with James, a friendly working professional who is in the office most days. He has lived in the area for a long time and knows all the best local spots. We’re looking for someone clean and tidy who is happy to have a chat but also respects personal space and works from the office at least a few days a week.
