Double Room in friendly house share in Battersea

Hello! This was previously posted a month ago, but the incoming housemate has fallen through, so posting again! Looking for someone to move in ASAP. Please let us know if you’re interested.

Our lovely housemate Ella will be (sadly!) moving out at the end of June so we are looking to fill a room! The room has a double bed, chest of drawers, large mirror, fitted wardrobe and window overlooking the garden.

The house has one bathroom and very large living room/dining room, with an equally large kitchen. There is also a garden at the back with room to BBQ and sit outside with the table and chairs. The vibe is very homely! The location is amazing - 10 mins from Clapham Junction, 10 mins to Battersea Park, 15 mins to Northcote Road.

About the housemates:

I’ve been at the house for over 4 years. 27, work in finance, generally work from home once/twice a week. I love playing tennis, spending time at Battersea Park, football, trying out the many local brunch/pub spots and going to the theatre!

Zac has been at the house since October. Zac is 22, also works in finance. He loves cycling, travelling, Battersea pubs (as do we all), skiing (ACL has been put back together) and surfing.

We’re both tidy, non-smokers, and love a pub trip as a house or chilling at home.
