I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a modern private bedroom in a newly built apartment (completed in 2024).

The room is bright and fully furnished, making it ideal for students or young professionals.

The flatmates are friendly, respectful and generally quiet, making it a comfortable place to live.
