Lovely room available near Battersea Park

Hi,

We’ve got a lovely room available in our four bedroom, two bathroom flat in Battersea from 27 August.

The flat is situated right next to Battersea Park. It’s great for going on runs/walks and a 25 minute walk along the river takes you to Battersea Power Station. King’s Road/Chelsea is also only a quick walk away and you can reach Clapham Junction in around 15-20 minutes (depending on how fast you walk) or in 10 minutes by bus.

The room comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe and a dresser. Rent is £805 and bills are approx £92.

You’d be sharing the flat with three existing tenants. We quite like a homely vibe and enjoy spending time with each other when we’re in the flat, so it would be great if you’d be up for that as well - whether it’s watching a show, playing cards or going to the pub/park. Since we like to keep the flat quite clean, it would be great if you were up to do the same.

A bit about us:

Karia (28): I am a researcher and lecturer in International Rations. In my free time, I enjoy tennis and running, trying new food spots with my friends, a good pub quiz, reading and all things fiber arts.

Sarah (27): I am a civil servant working on environmental trade policy. In my free time I love swimming, running and cycling and enjoy exploring London.

Catja (26): I am a Marketing and Communications Executive at The Royal Ballet School and a former US-UK Fulbright Scholar. I love dancing, painting, playing tennis, watching football and pub nights with friends!
