Hi! We're Maddie, Caterina and Georgie, three girls in our early 20s studying at Imperial College, and we're looking for a fourth girl to join us in our lovely flat in Battersea.

We're happy to live with either a student or a professional, and age isn't a big deal to us - we're mainly looking for someone who's friendly, respectful and easy to live with. We're sociable and enjoy spending time together when we're around, but we also all have busy schedules and respect each other's space and routines.

We're all quite tidy and like to keep the flat clean (despite the stereotype!), so we'd love to find someone similar. We've been living here for the last year and really love the flat and the area, and we're hoping to stay for many more.

The flat is in a great location, less than 200m from the river and only a 5-minute walk from Clapham Junction station, with loads of supermarkets, cafes, bars and restaurants nearby.

The flat itself is on the first floor of a low-rise building and is split over two levels. Downstairs there's a spacious kitchen with loads of cupboard space and a bright living room, plus a separate toilet and one of the bedrooms. Upstairs are the other three bedrooms, the main bathroom and plenty of extra storage space, so no need to keep suitcases piled up in your room!

The bedroom:
Is a double room upstairs with big windows and wooden floors. It comes furnished with a double bed with storage underneath, a desk, chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe.

Rent is £965 per month including bills.

We're looking for someone who wants a friendly, respectful and relaxed home. We'd love to make a new friend, but we're equally happy if you prefer to do your own thing - as long as everyone gets on and feels comfortable at home!
