Double room available - Battersea ✨

A lovely double room available in a 3-bed girls flat a stones throw from Battersea Park! Move in date 16 August and viewings to be held over the next couple of weeks. Room is £850 a month and bill are approx £100.

I am moving out after a wonderful 4.5 years - it’s a great flat and Sarah and Kate a fabulous housemates!!

The room:
It’s a lovely bright room which comes with a double bed, two built in wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a bed side table. There is room for a desk if needed.

The flat:
The flat has an open plan kitchen and living room with a terrace which gets the sun all day ☀️
Battersea park is also on our doorstep which is great for runs/walks/picnics and you can walk to Battersea Power Station in 20 mins. Clapham Junction is also a 20 minute walk away and there are lots of buses a few minutes away too!

You:
We are looking for a friendly social female flatmate (age 25-30) who is up for a love island / traitors evening! We love to have a flat night in the diary but do also have our own friends and plans during the week, so someone who is up for that set up would be great. The flat is also clean and tidy so we are looking for someone who is respectful and helps with that too.
