We’re looking for a new housemate for an en-suite double bedroom in our spacious, bright house on Lavender Hill.

About the House:

A spacious two-floor, three-bedroom house located just off Lavender Hill.

The room is a modern top-floor en-suite with a double bed, cupboard, wardrobes and a lovely skyline view of Canary Wharf.

The house has a bright, open-plan living area with lots of natural light and overlooks a quiet residential street.

🚆 10-minute walk to Clapham Junction and around 20 minutes to Clapham Common Underground
🍻 Walking distance to loads of great pubs (Northcote Road is only 5 minutes away), supermarkets (Asda, Lidl, M&S and Waitrose), and cafés (too many to name, but we highly recommend Spread!)

About Us:

Harri (Male, 25) - originally from Bristol, I’m a civil servant who works in Westminster. I’ve lived in flat shares before and have been living in London for the last six months. In my spare time, I enjoy going to the gym, seeing friends, a trip to the pub and watching whatever football is on!

Bridget (Female, 25) - originally from Melbourne, Australia, and working as a Project Manager for a beer company (free beer for the house!). I’ve lived in London for around six months and have also lived in flat shares before. I enjoy exploring new neighbourhoods, trying different coffee shops, travelling and am attempting to get back into running!

We’re both up for a trip to the pub or a weekend run, and we’d love a housemate who’s keen to join from time to time. We both work hybrid and are usually working from home around two days a week.

About You:

We’re pretty open-minded, but ideally you’re:

* A young professional (roughly 23–30)
* Clean, tidy and considerate of shared spaces
* Looking for a good balance of being social while also respecting everyone’s own space
* Not working fully remotely (the room has space for a desk, but we’d prefer someone who’s in the office at least a few days a week)

Per landlord requirements:

* Individual tenants only (no couples)
* You’ll need to meet the referencing requirements, including proof of sufficient income
* Previous house-share experience preferred

* Monthly rent: £1,125
* Monthly bills: £165
* Deposit: £1025
* A monthly recurring payment including both rent and bills will be required at the end of each month, and we’re happy to handle the bill admin.
