Double room near Clapham Junction Station

2 girls (28yo and 27yo) looking for a new housemate in Clapham Junction.

The house
3 bedroom, ground floor flat with garden in Battersea, 8 minute walk to Clapham Junction station and a short bus ride from Nine Elms station for the Northern Line. Perfect distance between Clapham Common and Battersea Park green spaces.
The house is a Victorian terrace with a lovely kitchen dining area as well as a separate spacious living room. We have one bathroom with a separate toilet.

Rent
Rent is £1,133 per person a month plus bills which tend to be around £170 a month including a cleaner who comes every other week. Rent is payable to a joint account by the 28th of each month.
The house is fully furnished with a combination of furniture that was already here and some of our own.

Housemates
Camilla (28, works in advertising) and Phoebe (27, works in the civil service) met 4 years ago on spare room and have lived together ever since. We moved to this house in September last year with our friend who is now moving back to Cornwall.
We are both sociable and looking for someone who would become a friend, rather than just seeing this is as a place to sleep at night. We are both into fitness, doing gym classes several times a week, but we also love the pub and cooking nice meals. We’d love to find someone who would be keen to host bbqs and Christmas drinks for all our friends. Ideally our new housemate would be late twenties.
