- Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms with a shared bathroom
- Downstairs: Decent size kitchen and large bright lounge
- Spacious south facing garden and patio just off the lounge through double doors (gets sun all day - amazing if you’re a sunbather like me)
- Lovely (and quiet) neighbours
- Gorgeous residential street so it feels safe and homely whilst still being well connected.
- 10 min walk to Battersea park/ Clapham Common and Northcote Road
- 12 min walk to Clapham junction station
- 25 min walk to Battersea power station/ Clapham Common station

Rent is £1,075 pcm + bills roughly 130 (cheapest council tax 😉)

A little about me:

I’m 28, originally from Jersey and work as an Executive Assistant in Central London.

I’m very social and love trying new restaurants, spontaneous pub nights and going out with friends. I’m equally happy curled up with a good book, watching Netflix or spending a Sunday pottering in the garden pretending I know what I’m doing.🌷

I’m clean, tidy, respectful and friendly and would love to live with someone who’s the same.

Ideally you’re someone who’d be up for the occasional glass of wine, movie night, trip to the pub or stomp round Battersea park to get our steps in whilst also respecting each other’s space.
