- Flat share £1,400 pcm

Description
I’m looking for a friendly, considerate professional to share this two-bedroom apartment in Nine Elms.
The flat offers just under 900 sq ft (83m²) of well-designed living space and benefits from:
- Large open-plan kitchen, dining and living room
- Floor-to-ceiling windows/juliette balconies throughout
- Private balcony (accesible from all rooms)
- Fully integrated modern kitchen with dishwasher
- Separate utility/storage room (incl. washer/combi dryer)
- Solid wooden flooring throughout the living areas
The available bedroom is a generous double which comes with a double bed + mattress, and a wardrobe. There's also plenty of room for a desk if you work from home and double doors let in tomnes of light and open out onto the balcony.
You’ll have your own bathroom, meaning you won’t be sharing your sink or toilet day-to-day.
The main bath/shower room is shared, although I very rarely use it as I shower at the gym most weekdays!
⸻
The apartment sits on a quiet residential street in Nine Elms (SW11), just a short walk from both Battersea Power Station and Nine Elms Underground stations. You can be in central in about 20 mins!
One of the things I love most is that everything is genuinely walkable.
Within 10 minutes you’ll find:
- Battersea Power Station shopping centre
- Waitrose, M&S Food, Sainsbury’s and Tesco
- Third Space, Puregym, the gym group etc
- Darby's, ALMA, Dishoom, BAO, Arcade Food Hall, Megan’s, Vagabond, Fiume and dozens of other restaurants and cafés
- The Thames Path
- Battersea Park
Transport is excellent too:
🚇 Battersea Power Station (Northern Line) – around 8 minutes
🚇 Nine Elms (Northern Line) – around 8 minutes
🚇 Vauxhall Station (Victoria Line & National Rail) – around 15 minutes
🚤 Uber Boat from Battersea Power Station Pier
There are also frequent buses to Chelsea, Victoria, Westminster, Clapham and Central London.
About Me
I’m Jake, I'm 32 and originally from Leeds but moved to London in 2018.
I’m sociable, easy-going and fairly active. During the week you’ll usually find me at the gym, cooking, out for dinner with friends or enjoying a quiet evening at home. I work in Partnerships and in the office 3x days a week.
Being into interior design I've put quite a bit of love into making the flat feel warm and homely, so I’m looking for someone who’ll enjoy that too.
It’s definitely not a party flat, but we've had some great dinner parties, hosted new years etc! I’d love to live with someone who’s happy to chat over dinner or share the occasional glass of wine rather than just passing each other in the hallway.

The Ideal Flatmate would be another professional (late 20s to mid 30s) who is:
- Clean and considerate
- Friendly appreciates our own space
- Happy treating the flat as a home rather than somewhere to crash
- Looking to stay for at least 12 months
Apologies: no couples or pets.
LGBTQ+ friendly is essential
