Beautiful Double Room Opposite Battersea Park 🌸

We’re looking for a female to join our homely 4-bed flat in October right opposite Battersea Park. The flat has a modern feel with plenty of character, featuring two bathrooms (you’ll only be sharing with one other person), a spacious living room, and a bright kitchen complete with a beautiful window seat that’s perfect for your morning coffee or catching up after work.

A little about us:

Beth (30) - Works in sports marketing. Countryside girl at heart who loves all things sport, a good brunch, a proper pub, travelling, concerts, and making the most of London.

Bini (31) - Works in media and advertising as a Marketing Manager. Loves staying active, whether that’s running or boxing (with the London Marathon 2027 on the horizon!). Always up for dinners, drinks, festivals and gigs, and loves travelling, solo adventures, hiking, camping and anything that gets her outdoors.

Liv (29) - Works in talent management looking after actors. Loves TV, theatre, film and all things sport. Usually found exploring London, checking out food festivals or anywhere with live music.

We’re a sociable house and enjoy spending time together, whether that’s heading out for drinks, walks around the park or trying new restaurants. Equally, we love a cosy night in and really value the flat feeling like home. It’s definitely not a party house, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys a good balance of socialising and downtime.

Bills aren’t included and usually come to around £100 per month. References are required, so please only get in touch if you’re able to provide these.

We’re all clean, tidy and respectful of the shared spaces, so we’re looking for someone who’s the same and wants to contribute to keeping the flat feeling like home.
