Looking for an epic couple to fill a sunny and spacious room with an ensuite situated three minutes from Clapham Junction station. QUICK Move in available from August 17th, rent £1995p/m, bills roughly £50 pp unfortunately as you will need to pass reference checks we do require at least one person to be a working professional!

This ain’t just some average room, it’s potentially the decision of a lifetime 😎.

- [ ] TWO minute walk to one of the G. O. A. T’s of the London railway network, Clapham Junction station.
- [ ] THREE bus stops directly outside the front door featuring some heavy hitters on the double decker scene such as the 337, 225 and even the N87.
- [ ] FOUR big names: Sainsbury’s, Lidl, ASDA and Londis as local supermarkets
- [ ] FIVE minute walk to the local pub serving £4.50 pints (one of 10 pubs within 500m)
- [ ] And a TEN minute walk from Clapham Common and Northcote road hosting some of South West London’s best summer spots

When joining this home you won’t just be moving into a flat, you’ll be joining a family. While you will only be sharing your house with one other flat mate (me, 27yo kiwi battler), we have our best friends living directly next door and we are part of a wider group of young kiwis and Aussies here to experience the UK and Europe to its fullest extent! We love doing things together and are always planning group activities.

This home is most definitely very clean, tidy and private when you need it to be, there is great wfh space in the lounge and bedroom if it’s needed and we are all very respectful of each others space and belongings.

However, please understand if you are looking for an always perfectly kept, quiet, secluded place to live, this may not be the best fit for you.

On occasion things like dishes and belongings can get left out for a day or two after a big weekend. Friends regularly are coming over and often crash on the sofa. There is also noise from the living room and next door usually at least a couple nights a week (nothing major and usually not audible when bedroom and lounge doors are shut). If this is not something that bothers you, then you can make the most of it as well! We will never have problems if you want to invite friends over, host anything like pre’s and you will never have someone banging on your door at 6am the next morning demanding you do the dishes. (Just don’t be mega dirty ofc).

We are really looking for the next awesome people to add to our positive outgoing and supportive friend group so please don’t apply if you believe any form of passive aggression is a good way to solve a problem or spend all of your time avoiding the people you live with.
