Double Room in Battersea Available Sept - flexible

I’m looking for a new flatmate to share a spacious two-bedroom flat in Battersea.

* Looking for a relaxed, quiet home rather than just somewhere to stay short term

The room is available from the start of September, although the move-in date is flexible by a couple of weeks if needed.

Rent & bills

* Rent: £1,200 per month, due at the start of each month
* Bills: typically £150–£200 per month, including approximately £50 each for council tax
* The flat is fully furnished, with the exception of the mattress in the bedroom - however this can be provided through the agency if needed. Lots of under the bed storage if needed.
* the wardrobe fixture is actually mine but you can use it if needed as it fits the space well.

Location
* Just a 7-minute walk to Queenstown Road station
* Around a 15-minute walk to Battersea Power Station
* Bus stop right outside the building with the 156 and 137 providing easy access into central London

A bit about me
I’m 36 and work in the fashion industry. I’ve lived in the flat for over two years and really enjoy living here.

During the week I’m usually out exercising, whether that’s at the gym, doing a class or going for a run. I’m also a big sports fan, so you’ll often find me watching Liverpool when they’re playing!

I work from home, but I also travel regularly for work and I’m away most weekends, so you’ll often have the flat to yourself!

The tenancy is subject to landlord referencing and approval.
