Double room with private bathroom (with a bath!!) in a 2 bed flat available.

The flat is on Queenstown Road (literally smack bang in between Clapham Common and Battersea Park). Queenstown Road station is 15 min walk (Waterloo in 9 mins), Clapham Junction, Battersea Power Station, Nine Elms and Clapham Common stations are all 10-15 mins away on the busses.

You will be living with me (Em). I’m 30, fairly relaxed, go to the office 4/5 times a week and I love Netflix, shopping, pilates, hiking, all that kind of stuff 💅💅💅💅 I rarely drink tbh but I love going out for dinner and socialising!!

I’m looking for someone chill and likeminded, clean and respectful, loves a Netflix binge and a takeaway etc., but also likes their own space ☺️ the room comes unfurnished but my flatmate is happy to sell her bed/ new mattress (not pictured, sorry)!

Rent is £1068 and bills come to between £100-150 per month. We also have a bi-weekly cleaner 🧼
