Sunny Double Room in Battersea — Tenancy Takeover

I’m unfortunately having to leave my lovely room in Battersea as my visa is expiring, so I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy from around mid-October.

It’s genuinely been a lovely place to live, and I’m sad to be leaving! The flat is clean, airy and spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable home.

📍 Location: Battersea
Less than a 10-minute walk to Battersea Power Station
Around 15 minutes to Battersea Park
Large Sainsbury’s and Lidl around 15–20 minutes away
Very well connected by public transport
2nd floor apartment
No lift in the building, so worth noting if that’s important to you

🛏️ The room:
Furnished with a double bed and wardrobe
Additional closet/storage space inside the room
Another storage cupboard available in the living room
Your room has direct access to a balcony
Lovely morning sunlight — it’s such a nice way to start the day

🍳 The flat:
Shared kitchen and bathroom
Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine
Plenty of cupboard/storage space
Bright and airy throughout

👩‍⚕️ Flatmate:
You’d be living with a 30-year-old nurse who is genuinely lovely. She’s respectful of your privacy and gives you your own space, but she’s also very approachable, friendly and easy to get along with. It’s a really nice balance if you want a home that feels peaceful without feeling antisocial.

💷 Rent: £900/month
Bills: approximately £125–£140/month

I’m really hoping to find someone who will enjoy the flat as much as I have. The location is brilliant, the room gets beautiful morning light, and the flat has a really comfortable, homely feel to it.

Move-in would be around mid-October.
