Our Flat

It is a First Floor Flat, 2 flights of stairs (no lift as it is not needed 😊)
There are a total of 4 bedrooms. (The 4th bedroom is currently vacant but will be rented in the near future). The flat is a spread over 2 floors, with the kitchen, living room and toilet on one floor and the bathroom and 4 bedrooms above.

We share a large sunny Living Room with a balconette (which is wonderful when open in the summertime),
A large separate kitchen with a dining table, 2 fridge freezers, a washing machine and a gas hob and oven.
Our bathroom (newly renovated with bathtub and separate walk-in shower) is a great size and there is an additional downstairs toilet which is very handy.
There is central heating and double glazing throughout the flat.

*Electricity, Gas, Water, Council tax and Sky Broadband internet is all included in the
monthly payment
*Tenants to pay any amounts that exceed reasonable consumption.

Location
Situated in a lovely diverse community, with many local residents living in the area for 10 years+
There is a community garden on the road, and it is a lovely sunny area to relax and enjoy some quiet time. Battersea Square is a minute away with a wonderful crêpery and galette café, a Gails bakery, a local bar and a couple of independent restaurants.
We are walking distance to the Thames riverside, which offer a breath of fresh air in open space, whether on foot or by bike to avoid the roads. Across Battersea Bridge you will find yourself in Chelsea in about 20 mins walk.
Less than 5 minutes away is a local family friendly playground that has a free tennis court.

We are a 10 minutes walk to Clapham Junction station. Which have regular trains
to Victoria and Waterloo and to Gatwick Airport.
We are 5 minutes to various different bus stops that connect to many different areas
of London. Buses 49, 345 (24hr bus), 319, 170, 44, N44(Night bus) 344
Connecting you to areas such as Nine Elms, Chelsea and Tooting.
We are also 2 minutes walk to 2 x Santander bike hire locations.

We are looking for a friendly non-smoking female flatmate, who enjoys the company
of other nationalities, is understanding, loves food and proactive in cleaning. Sorry
we are unable to accommodate any pets, permits for parking and no bikes to be stored
inside the flat.
We look out for each other and enjoy coming home to a happy and clean household
especially after a long day’s work or travelling.
