Large room and medium-sized room in Battersea

Hello there,

After a year here I've put this room up because I'm moving to North London (wanting to try being a North Londonder).

Flat description:
This is a really great flat with one large room and one medium sized room. The kitchen and lounge are large too, and with a great private balcony. Definitely great value for money. The whole place was refurbished last year so everything is modern and new. Landlord has been great entire time - super responsive to flat issues and also very friendly.

Local area:
5 minute walk to Battersea Park.
3 minute walk to the Thames (and a lovely walking area).
Bus stop is 1 minute from the flat.
20 minutes to Clapham Junction (walk).
20 minutes to Sloane Square tube station (week).
The Albert is a great local pub and also very buzzy, even on a weekday.

Current flat mate(s):
Current flat mate is great. He works in the city and tends to go into the office 3-4 days a week. We get along really well. We go for the occasional pint or coffee but we also have our own distinct friendship groups.
