Double room available in 2 bed flat in Battersea

Hello!! My best friend is moving out to travel so I’m looking for a new flatmate to move in from late October/early November!

🏡 The flat
- 2 bed 1.5 bath (1 toilet + 1 toilet & shower) in Battersea, shared with me
- £975 pcm + bills (around £170)
- 20mins walk (10 min bus) to Battersea Power Station tube / 25min walk (15min bus) to Clapham Junction Station 🚂
- 5 min walk to Battersea Park (big green space) or 15 min bus to Clapham Common 🌳
- Surrounded by local cafes and restaurants
- The flat is very homey with so many plants, cute trinkets and a lil balcony - really feels like a girly home!
- The room comes with a bed, mattress, bedside table and wardrobe. There’s an option to purchase the desk and chest of drawers from my friend who’s moving out
- Not a party flat but definitely the perfect flat to host friends and the occasional dinner parties. We’ve hosted home cafes in the past (see pic attached here) so bonus points if you’re a baker or just love treats and want to do this with me in the future! 🎂

🧚‍♀️ About me (your new flatmate!)
- I’m from Indonesia and have lived in the flat for the last 2 years
- I’m 26 and work 2 days in the office (usually midweek) and the rest at home
- I spend my time going out and about exploring London, trying new cafes, going to museums/exhibitions, love going to yoga and aerial fitness classes
- Equally I’m a homebody so I spend a lot of time at home to decompress, read, do crafty stuff (junk journaling/scrapbooking, crocheting, baking, playing animal crossing), watching tv

👯‍♀️ I’m looking for:
- Another girl who wants to treat this flat as a home and be friends (not just flatmates). Someone who is up for the occasional cozy dinner nights together (at home/out), pastry runs and exploring London, but also has their own life and friends
- Clean and tidy. A clean home is very important to me and I’ve been maintaining cleanliness in the flat through weekly flat cleans and making sure the kitchen and living spaces are tidy every evening (like a before bedtime declutter lol), so eager to have someone who values cleanliness as much as I am!
- Earn at least £30k or has a UK guarantor to pass referencing. Can pay a deposit of £1154 (around this much but will clarify from landlord)
