Double Room Ensuite | Battersea Riverside

Unfortunately my lovely housemate is moving in with her boyfriend and I am looking for a new housemate to share this amazing flat with in a secure apartment complex in Battersea.

A little about the room and flat:

Bedroom: A spacious double bedroom with a lot of natural light. The room comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, large desk and wardrobe. There's lots of underbed storage too.

Bathroom: Right next door is your own bathroom which was renovated in the last few years and has a bathtub/shower unit.

The flat: The flat has a large open plan kitchen and living area which we spend a lot of time in. On the complex is also a really well maintained communal garden, which had been amazing for summertime 🌞

The space: London life can be hectic at times, and so we've created a relaxed and comfortable and clean place to come home to at the end of the day to unwind, chill and chat and would like to keep it this way!

A little about me:
I'm in my 30's and Irish, and outside or work, I like socialising with friends over dinner/drinks or weekends away (partying days are over!) and staying active with walks through Battersea Park, runs and gym sessions. I'm socialable but also respectful of people's space.

What I'm looking for in a housemate: Ideally another working professional with similar interests and schedules, and ideally a girl. We have built a really nice home here, and often spend time in the living room chatting or watching movies and hoping for that again and not just ships passing. We keep the flat clean and tidy, and would like for this to continue too.

Finally, the bills: Currently 150-200 per month which includes electricity, council tax, Internet, TV licence etc.

Available: November 13th (can be flexible with this if needed).
