Double room in 4bed -Battersea/Clapham Junction

Hi,

We currently have a double room available in our spacious 4 bed house located Battersea/Clapham Junction.

We are three girls aged 23-24 work within HR, events & fashion and have all recently moved in so are looking for someone who can move in fairly soon and is looking for a home rather than just a room.

The room available is downstairs with a large double bed.
The house has a large kitchen with dining table for house meals and Sunday roasts as well as a large living room for TV binges.

We also have a huge patio which we plan to use for summer bbqs when the sun makes an appearance.
There is also plenty of storage around the house too.

Transport: 10min walk to either Clapham Junction or Clapham Common with Queenstown Road nearby too
Buses: 156, 345, 137, 452, 87, 77 all stop a few minutes walk away.

Fees: 1 months rent plus 6 weeks deposit & admin fees for estate agent references.
