We have a large and sunny, furnished double room available in our friendly house. Great location, situated in the heart of battersea. 15 minutes walk from Kings Road and Clapham Junction and 5 min away from Battersea park. The house has a shared living room, large kitchen, two bathrooms, front and back gardens, sky tv and broadband. The rent is 715£ a month plus bills. Deposit is 715£. There are 2 of us currently in the house and we range from 27-34. We are both professionals and are relatively quiet during the week. we are looking for relaxed, sensible, clean and tidy professional, up for house meals on occasion preferably of a similar age.
