The property is located at the edge of Kings Road and Battersea (just over the bridge). 1 min walk to the bus stop. Sloane square and victoria station are just 15 min’s away. Across the road we have a 24/7 shop, 30 sec walk to few good restaurants. There is a gym within 2 min’s walk and 5 min’s away we have the Battersea park.

The Room
The room has been recently renovated. You would be the first one to move in after the renovation. It’s a good size room with high ceiling and a lot of storage space. Pictures don’t do justice. It’s an east facing room bringing in ample natural light. It’s a very quite room just in case if you are a light sleeper. There is a HD TV with all the Freeview channels and a private bathroom.

There is an open plan living room which has been teched up. Coffee machine as we love our coffee, big screen HD TV hooked up to a ps3 and computer to catch up on all your favourite shows, a dish washer, washer dryer and a fridge freezer.

The entire flat has Wi-Fi with very fast broadband connection (around 75mbps).
