I've lived in this beaut of a 3 bed house for over 2. 5 years; my girlfriend has managed to tie me down so we're moving in together!
Current house mates are Tom (Medical Physicist - Irish) and Sarah (Publishing -English). Both are fantastic house-mates. Very sociable but won't depend on you for lifelong companionship or anything!
The area is ideal for transport. 10 min walk to Clapham Common, 5-10 min walk to Queenstown Rd and Battersea overground. 87 and 77 bus goes to Clapham Junction and Vauxhall from outside the house(10 minute bus or 20-25 minute walk).
ASDA, Sainsburies and bustling Clapham near by!
Separate large kitchen (and dining area) and living area. Both very spacious.
1 fully equipped bathroom, 2nd toilet downstairs. Kitchen has a brand new 7 hob cooker (a pleasure to cook with), brand new washing machine and a dishwasher (a must in a house share)
Spacious garden out the back (not the fake gardens that are overgrown and inhospitable) ideal for summer BBQ's!
