Hello there, please have a look at this Double bedroom for rent as part of a flatshare with myself.

This is a fantastic flat. It is ground floor, has a beautiful garden. Close to good pubs and restaurants and the lovely Battersea Park is 2 min walk away.

Also walking distance to a sizeable Tesco.

Travel links with 200m from Battersea Park Train Station and 300m from Queenstown Road train station, and has bus stop outside flat. Flat is right on the main road, and quite safe.

I work long hours and am looking for someone with similar working lifestyle, but it's nice to catch up here and there and have a chat and a coffee.

My work requires a flatmate with a clean criminal record, and no pending trials etc. I am also a Father whose child stays for 3 nights a week.

All bills included (with moderate use) except Council Tax, flat has BB Internet Wifi etc.

Cars: There is some free parking spaces outside the flat, and more free parking spaces south of the flat.

Deposit: One month's refundable deposit, and One month's rent.

Length of stay negotiable but six months minimum please.
