Gorgeous flat, large double w/ ensuite

Looking for a new flatmate to share my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat with me.

The flat is furnished in neutral, good quality decor with no clutter, and was renovated a few years ago. All walls, carpets fittings and fixtures are of a high standard, neutral & clean.

Your room has a double bed (1yr old high-quality mattress), a large built-in wardrobe, a built-in cupboard, a large chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet and room for an optional desk/chair - as shown in the photos.

You are welcome to use my 'guest' bedding and towels and keep the current decoration - as far as the pictures and plant - or these can be removed.

You also have a large modern ensuite with a bath and shower.

We have a large eat-in kitchen that leads onto a lovely roof terrace and a separate living/TV room.

I like to keep that flat clean and tidy and neutral so you will feel like you're living on an equal footing rather than like you're living in someone else home.

About me: I'm sociable, friendly and fair. I have my own business sometimes working from home or out of the flat and I keep regular hours - bed around 10.00-10.30 pm up around 6.30/7.00am. I like to lead a quiet life at home and socialise mostly outside of the flat. I occasionally (but very rarely) have a friend or family member for dinner or to stay and always make sure this is okay with my flatmate first if you will be here.

The flat really is lovely; located on a tree-lined street which is quiet and clean and in a great location: 5-10min walk to Queenstown Road mainline station which is 9mins into Waterloo; Battersea Park mainline station is 4mins into Victoria and Battersea Power Station tube station is 10minutes away. Clapham Junction is a 10min bus ride or 25min walk away and Sloane Sq is a 10min bus ride or 20min walk.

Buses go direct to Marble Arch, Knightsbridge, High St Ken, Nottinghill, Vauxhall and Clapham.

Clapham Common and Battersea Park are both a 10min walk away and great for walks, runs, sports or drinks with friends.

I'm looking for someone male or female who is clean, tidy, friendly and considerate of noise. Someone who keeps normal hours and likes a calm and quiet environment at home.

I don't expect us to be best friends and cooking or socialising together but it's nice to get on and catch up when we do both happen to be in!
