The room available is a Single room and comes with: A bed, chest of draws, chair and a fitted wardrobe.

The flat is a Victorian conversion with some original features including a open fireplace. It does have most mod cons including internet access. Lodger can have use of the living room, shared bathroom and kitchen.

The flat is comfortable and is shared with the owner. The flat is a short 5-10 minutes walk away from the Battersea park station and Queens town road station. There is Tesco less than 5 minute walk away and a Sainsburys 10 minute walk away.

The minimum stay is 3 months though this is to ensure that both parties are happy and all going well it will be a lot longer. This can agreed and confirmed on moving in.

I am a relaxed and outgoing person. I enjoy sports and arts. Looking for someone of a similar personality, who is responsible and professional to share my home with.
