Double room available in spacious, well appointed, friendly flat 2 minutes walk from beautiful Battersea park. Room is actually available from August 1st to 31st all August move in dates considered.

Flat is just a short walk to several bus stops servicing buses 19, 44, 49, 170, 319, 345 etc.

The flat has a comfortable open plan kitchen/living room with access to south facing patio garden. Renovated to a high modern standard just before we moved in, with original victorian fireplaces. Room comes furnished with double bed and bedside table and have good sized built in wardrobes and a set of 3 drawers with space for a desk.

To share with easy going professional males. We like to keep the place clean and tidy but we are not obsessive about it. Ideally suited for a professional, non-smoker, looking for a friendly flatshare in a great location. sorry no couples.
