Modern room available for one person in a flat shared with one other person in Battersea SW11 2QH, close to the River Thames and Clapham Junction train station. Rent is inclusive of utility bills, council tax and Wi-Fi. The flat is on the third floor of four-story building built in 2005 with lift and landscaped private gardens. Located in zone two so transport costs to central London are low. London Victoria and Waterloo Stations can be reached in 15-20 minutes by train. I do not smoke and I will rent to a non-smoker only (including vapes).

Battersea is a popular residential area for professionals and has many bars and restaurants. It is short walk to the River Thames and Battersea Park A peak time River Bus travels as far as Canary Wharf providing the most relaxing commute possible. London Cycle Hire has placed a bike access point at the end of my road, and you can cycle to central London in 30 minutes.

The photo of the living room with TV is my room and the bedroom is the room for rent. I have had a partition installed dividing my room from the kitchen so that it can be accessed without having to enter the living room. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, fitted wardrobe and freestanding shelving. I have rented the bedroom to tenants, since 2011 and they have all been happy living here. My previous tenant can provide a reference for me. The flat is professionally cleaned every two weeks by a female cleaner. I appreciate clean and tidy tenants. A deposit of one month's rent is required.
