- all the bills are around £75pcm (including cleaner once a fortnight)
The flat is on Battersea Rise and close to Northcote Road, with plenty of local amenities:
- Clapham Junction Station (7 min walk)
- Clapham Common (3 min walk)
- Clapham Common Station (10 min bus)
- Tesco's (just below), Asda, Waitrose, co-op, Sainsbury's and M&S (5 min walk)
- Restaurants (Thai, Korean, Italian, French, British, Burgers, Sushi, Indian,...)

Nicola - is from France and only moved in very recently. He works at KCL as a researcher.
All of them are lovely people!
