Fully furnished, very large double room in a 2 bedroom ground floor flat in Battersea. Available from the 25th March, but there is some flexibility.

The room comes with a king-size bed, two bedside cabinets, and a big desk and chair. There are six fully fitted wardrobes, including hanging space, drawers, shelves, boxes, with further boxes provided under the bed.

The kitchen is fully fitted and well-equipped. The living room consists of two two-seater sofas, one armchair and a 40 inch smart TV. There is a large desk in the living room and a table in the kitchen, offering a few different options should you be working from home.

The bathroom is modern and has a large standalone shower, a decent sized bath, and lots of storage units. There is also a large courtyard garden with a picnic bench and a BBQ, which all comes into its own when the sun is shining!

You will be sharing with Emilie, in her late 30s, She has regular-ish Monday-Friday hours, is clean and considerate and wants to live with someone similar. This is not a party flat.

The flat is located less than a 10-minute walk or 5-minute bus journey from Clapham Junction station. This provides direct links to Vauxhall, Victoria and Waterloo making journeys to the City, Canary Wharf and West End achievable in less than 45 minutes door-to-door.

The room is £850 plus bills, which are split equally between housemates and average £120 per month each. The deposit will be one month's rent. There are no other fees, but reference checks will be carried out by me. The flat will be available from the 25th March 2021 but there is flexibility through to the 25th April.

COVID restrictions will be adhered to so virtual viewings will be carried out in the first instance. You’ll then be invited to the flat to meet Emilie, but would need to wear a mask and abide by social distancing regulations. I may be present for that.
