Looking for someone around the same age, non-smoking, tidy/ clean proffessional guy or girl who don't mind a chat and enjoy a laugh.

This flatshare includes a fully furnished sunny large double bedroom with built ins, separate kitchen, lounge/ dining area with council tax, gas, power, local phone calls, internet and tv fee included.
