This bedroom is on the ground floor of the house. It has a double sized bed, a bedside table, and a fully fitted wardrobe.

The room is available from 28th August 2021 is ideal for a single person who wants to live in a friendly, sociable house. The current tenants are all mid to late 20's and are a mixture of English, Australian and New Zealanders, and everyone is very friendly, hardworking and professional. They socialise together at weekends, but during the week they work hard and so it is NOT a party house.

Rent is £750 a month and that includes bills, internet and a cleaner twice a month.
